I have been seeing Bex and, having seen other sports therapists in the past, I can say that she has a special talent for identifying the cause/source of sports injuries, loosening tension in the muscles and relieving pain. As an experienced triathlete herself, I know that she really understand what I put my body through by long distance running and how to help me. Her advice is always spot on. Bex got me through my second marathon, even when I began to get pain in my left foot during training. I didn’t even have to halt my training, she just dealt with the issue and within weeks I was pain free. I have recommended Bex to all my running buddies and they have all been impressed.
