What is sports massage?
Sports massage is the warming, manipulation and stretching of the soft tissues (muscles and connective tissues) and joints of the body to help keep our body in balance and with good flexibility.
Sports massage is for everyone, an integral part of any training plan regardless of your sport and goals to aid recovery, help prevent/manage sports injuries.

I am a qualified and experienced Advanced Soft Tissue Therapist, a qualified Personal Trainer, Exercise referral specialist and Sports injury Therapist, with a wealth of sporting knowledge and understanding of how the human body functions and how to keep it functioning to its very best. Sports injury management is key to treating any existing injury and to help keep injury away!
I am an active athlete, competing at elite level marathon running and endurance distance triathlon.
You will find me at Limpsfield Fitness where I operate clinic slots and home visits as required.
I am a full member of the SMA & fully insured.
